JB’S ALL STARS

Due to an unforeseen family commitment, Big Kitty is unfortunately unable to fulfil their booking with the club on 18 October 2026.

With very little notice, we reached out to John Braben, leader of the popular Caxton Street Jazz Band, which has been entertaining audiences for around 50 years. While the full band was unavailable, John has assembled a fantastic line-up of top musicians especially for this occasion.

The result is JB’S ALL STARS BAND — a special group of outstanding musicians you may not have the chance to see together again.

We are also delighted to welcome Grace Rigby on vocals, who has performed with John and the Caxton Street Jazz Band and received a wonderful response at the Brisbane Jazz Club.

It promises to be a fabulous afternoon of jazz not to be missed!

The band members are:

• John Braben (Trumpet)
• Rod Ford (Drums)
• John Reeves (Keyboard)
• Paul Williams (Reeds)
• John Conley (Bass)
• Dave Burrows (Guitar) & Guest Vocals Grace Rigby to WOW you!
